About Us
Christina Alston, LPC
“You are worthy. You don’t have to do anything else. You are already good enough. My goal is to help you believe it.”
Are you feeling overwhelmed and exhausted by the stress of everyday life? Have you lost yourself in the busyness of constantly meeting the needs of others? Are you feeling stuck and unsure of how you got there? Do you feel like you always need to be doing more, being better? Some days it feels like things will never get better. Other days the anxieties and fears are so crippling, you just want to scream. Don’t give up. There is hope. I’m here to help equip you with the tools and support you need to find your way out and improve your daily life.
My Approach & Philosophy
I am passionate about serving others and helping them achieve wellness holistically. I tailor sessions to each client’s individual needs. My role is to not only teach you tools and skills, but to help you identify the root of many problems so that you can experience longer lasting healing.
I believe that having faith in something greater than oneself can lead to lasting change. Faith and spirituality can be an important tool in the counseling process. Although I have a strong Christian faith, I respect those with other beliefs and only incorporate faith at the client’s request. Regardless of where you are spiritually, this will always be a safe nonjudgemental space to process.
I typically work with clients experiencing depression, anxiety, trauma, boundary issues, codependency, relationship problems, life transitions, and body image.
I am a certified PREPARE/ENRICH counselor for pre-marital and couples counseling. I am also Gottman Level 2 trained for marriage therapy.
Fees
Payment is due at the time of service. Cash and credit/debit cards are accepted. My professional fee is $150 for individual sessions and $175 for couples. I do accept some insurances and am open to providing a superbill if I’m not in network with your insurance.
Te’Airah Wilbert, APC
“I am honored to be a part of your journey and I look forward to meeting you.”
Te’Airah serves clients in Georgia, with a particular focus on youth (ages 11–17) and young adults (ages 18–30) as they navigate life’s many ups and downs. Whether addressing challenges like depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, self-harm, suicidal ideation, school difficulties, communication struggles, or transitions such as parental divorce, she is committed to walking alongside clients with empathy, encouragement, and creativity.
Outside the therapy room, she enjoys volunteering with youth at church, spending time with a small group, or getting competitive during game night with friends. A self-proclaimed foodie, she loves trying new restaurants, cooking, and baking when the mood strikes. Other interests include reading, drawing, traveling, and tending to a growing collection of beloved houseplants.
Growing up, Te’Airah rarely saw therapists who looked like her or truly understood her experiences, which sparked a passion to become a voice and safe space for the next generation. She earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Florida Atlantic University and a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Georgia State University.
Te’Airah is honored to be a part of each client’s journey and looks forward to meeting them.
