Licensed Professional Counselor, Christina Alston, is certified in PREPARE/ENRICH and Gottman Level 2 trained for marriage therapy. She is equipped to assist you and your partner as you work through awareness of yourself and each other, improve communication, build intimacy and connection, as well as create and implement goals together that contribute to the restoration of healthy rhythms in your relationship.

Our office has a prayer room available for use whether you are waiting on your therapy session or needing a quiet place to pray and decompress after a difficult session.

You will leave, not only feeling more refreshed, but with a renewed sense of purpose and clarity.
